    The Preneed Company of America (Precoa) is a national sales and marketing company within the preneed insurance industry. We are the nation’s leading provider of an innovative marketing, lead generation, and appointment setting system called Proactive Preneed. “Preneed” refers to funerals that are prearranged and prefunded through a small value life insurance policy. Precoa has over 200 employees and is partnered with over 500 independent contractors and funeral homes and has annual sales volume exceeding $250 million. Since inception in 2004, Precoa has experienced an average annual growth rate of 20%.

    Responsibilities

    The Account Representative represents our partnered funeral homes through preneed funeral sales. In this role, you will learn the Precoa business model, meet with families and individuals in the community, and assist them in prearranging and prefunding their services through a preneed policy.
     
    As an Account Representative, your job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Execution of successful sales strategies, lead generation and prospecting, sales presentations and general relationship development on both a business and consumer level. This role provides tremendous opportunities for advancement for individuals that can meet all performance objectives.

    Qualifications

    •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or equivalent professional experience
    •  Sales Acumen
    •  Strong relationship development and communication skills
    •  Tremendous work ethic and competitive mindset
    •  Ability to obtain an insurance license
