    Position Summary:

    The Field Recruiter (FR) is responsible for the placement of successful field agents with our partnered funeral homes. The FR is responsible for implementing new and creative sourcing strategies, developing positive relationships with top tier sales talent and field managers, and effectively driving value through professionalism and world class service.  

    Responsibilities

    • Strong recruiting acumen, with the ability to sell, motivate and persuade
    • Source and engage top sales talent across the nation through effective phone presentations/pitches
    • Work with field managers to develop local recruiting channels to develop local sales talent
    • Ad placement & sourcing of candidates across multiple online/digital channels
    • Ability to quickly learn new skills, recruiting techniques and strategies
    • Strong attention to detail with tremendous accuracy
    • Persistent, can-do mentality and positive outlook
    • Ability to build relationships within and outside of the company
    • Strong phone presence and ability to make high volume outbound calls
    • General administrative functions/duties as assigned by Recruiting Manager

    Qualifications

    • Preferably a BA/BS in Psychology, Business, Management or Communications or related
    • Preferably 1 year of full life cycle recruiting experience
    • Strong eye for talent with proven experience in screening resumes against job descriptions
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
    • Strong sales abilities
    • Ability to administer proctored/un-proctored cognitive/personality assessments and evaluate results relative to a specific set of core competencies
    • Proven experience in relationship development specifically in a sales setting
    • Tenacious, personable, and able to overcome objections with tact and diplomacy
