Overview

Can you lead a winning sales team? Building upon your talent for motivating others, your analytically minded leadership, and your ability to effectively communicate in a second language, you’ll drive sales for one of Precoa’s largest partners.

 

As a Bilingual Regional Manager, you’ll need proven leadership experience and expert sales skills to lead and nurture a team of sales professionals in Southern California. You will be tasked with setting and achieving sales goals in addition to providing your team with meaningful support, so a results-focused mindset will be just as important as your ability to quickly establish rapport. The person in this position will be interacting with a widely diverse group of people, so we are looking for professionals who are fluent in English, plus at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean.

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly and/or monthly meetings with sales team and leadership
  • Regularly meet with agents to provide feedback, support, and training
  • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
  • Track metrics and report data to leadership on regular basis
  • Build and foster strong relationships with Precoa Field Managers, and our partners
  • Drive company sales by motivating a large, diverse team of professionals
  • Additional duties as assigned  

Qualifications

 

  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean.
  • 3+ years in a similar role
  • Excellent sales track record
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams to meet goals
  • Experience setting and achieving sales goals
  • Experience using CRM Salesforce to manage the sales process and forecast sales
  • Ability to obtain an insurance license
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
